When I am adding a thread in vBulletin thread it shows message 'Invalid Poll specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the '
What is the reason? am i missing something .................

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
