I'm in desperate need to find a mod that allows people to select the subscription service of their choice upon registration.

Does anyone know how to do something like they have here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/register.php

You select the service, fill in your details and the 3rd screen is where you pay, only it's pre-selected with your subscription choice already.
