$show['member'] not working in template

I am trying to hide the list of names of the "post thankyou button hack" from visitors.

For some reason, inserting the following condition in the post_thanks_postbit_legacy template does not work:

PHP Code:

			<if condition="$show['member']"> ... </if>

Why is it not working?
