I am sure there is a mod out there for this as I have seen it in use on other forums.

It's like a member moderation system where the members get to moderate the forums for example after a post has been reported by 5 people the post will be deleted automatically or something like that it allows all the members to moderate the site.

Can anyone point me in the direction of it.

Moved out of the Community Lounge since vBulletin cupport is not given in the lounge.

Try a search on "report*" in "all mods" "titles only" and perhaps it is one of those.
