User Profile field to auto populate on another page.

I have a forum that I just launched and I am looking for a way to drag over 2 user profile fields to an html page when members sign up. This field is a member code that I would like to populate on one page collectively so other members can view all the member codes at once opposed to getting into the users profile.. For example:

Member Name: 125-125-125
Member Name: 125-125-126
Member Name: 125-125-127
Member Name: 125-125-128
Member Name: 125-125-129 etc.
