The text is a little off in your navbar with the images so the links are not all level with each other. In your image codes for Faq, Community, Calendar, etc.. use
ALIGN="ABSMIDDLE"

The domain name don't even match the forum name. But all his posts are made only in the accouncements. Seems hes using fake user hack.
