someone copied my entire board to another domain

By coincidence I found a website, http://www.nightmaresdownunder.com/, that has the exact same contents as my website (techlifezone.com). Should I worry about that?

I figured out that it was just an artifact of a misconfigured DNS by an old member of the server park where my website is hosted.
