how can i add a certain user rank image to a certian user

not set upon usergroup?

more like an award say for 500+ posts but in the same place as ranks!

you can do that with User Rank Manager

but you will have to create one for each usergroup

if you don't like that choice - you can always do it via a conditional (by editing your postbit template)
