Username glow

I have attached a picture file. Can someone tell me how do u make username glow like one in the attached picture.

In this case it looks like there is a < div> box where the name is then put in. The width is variable and the background of the div is the "glowing" trashy image that you see (which is repeadet endless on x direction).
A simpler approach would be to define a background-color for the Text that you want highlighted.

I am a noob in vbulletin myself... so I can't tell you where you can do this. Probably search the template for something connected with user name, admin name and so on. You should be able to define css styles for different user groups somewhere and change the colors of users and admin.

I just saw that you can modify it in you usergroup panel. probably. go to admin menu - user groups.
Click on the usergroup and modify

For example I opened Administrators.
The 4th line is what you are looking for. There are 2 boxes with

<b><i>

and

</b></i>

you could include your <font background-color="#000000"> and </font> there. on the other hand... I would better find the color definitions of the css and place em there. This should be the safer way not to mess up too much.
