I'm sure he just adjusted a few colors on the normal skin.....

You know those two aren't exactly the same - just look at the style sheet and you'll see some of the colors are different.

Have you tried just copying the stylesheet from one of them?

How do I copy their stylesheet and there buttons/icon are exactly the same.

You read what it says and enter the values into the stylesheet where appropriate... body stuff goes in the category "Body", page stuff goes in the category "Page Background" etc.

Have you tried asking them for a link to the style?
