help me plz :(
this has happened randomly twice today. I have not changed anything in over 24 hours, and im now getting this error
Database error in vBulletin : mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections /var/www/html/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 311
