Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin. if a user want to create a new thread he has to read a message/rule or something like that.
I vaguely remember a similar plugin but i cannot find it.

Any help is appreciated.

The only modification I can think of related to this is the Force sers to re-agree to rules modification.
Do a search for "rules*" in "all mods" "titles only"
