I just installed adsense to my 3.8.4 (latest v. vbulletin) and activated it. I put it on high and the footer ad doesn't show? Could it be because I have an ad in the footer already? My second question: What is the very best way (from all of your experiences) for me to implement adsense to possibly make more money (as much as may be possible

The two best locations are going to be under the navbar and between the first and second post.

And I do not understand what you mean by

Activated adsense? If you created a new ad, it can take 10 minutes for the ads to appear.

I heard the best two locations are between the first and second post and after the last post (before quick reply) but unfortunately my questions have fallen on deaf ears and cannot get it to go after the last post.

Under the navbar would probably suit me just fine if I could get it to work sooner than the above mentioned dilemma.
