Does anyone know if there is a mod for vB that allows the admin to delete posts and also optionally provide a reason why the post was deleted that would be PM'ed to the user of that post? I've looked everywhere but couldn't find one. Thanks!

I was looking for a mod to let see to all members what I see as admin or mod

This is a moderator privilege. You may be able to replicate it.. I'm sure there's a permission for viewing deletion notices that you could possibly create a plugin for.
