how can i make a side tab like the "tweets" one here

i dont want any content as i want to put an clickable image within the fold out screen

not tweets just an image but how do i create a button that comes out like that?

I believe that particular one is done specifically for that purpose.

However, google "javascript side tab" and find out how to do the basic side tab.
