How to change ThreadID?

I want change threadid every topic posted. How to change?

Ex: http://www.tocdo.vn/showthread.php?t=3137 have threadid = 3137 i want change it to 1234 or 6666 or 9999, ...

Help me! Thanks!

Threadid's have no special meaning and they shouldn't be changed.
