Creating different error pages

Hey,

Is there a way I can have separate pages for separate errors? For example, I want to have a particular background and image on the 'no new posts' error page, and a different background and image on the 'don't have permission' error page.

I know they both originate from the standard_error template, but editing the background etc on that page changes all errors, is there a way around this?
