I have this skin from vbworks.

Please go to my website and scroll to the bottom and select the Template called "E3 Version 2" because that is the Template that this is about.

Once selected go to the forum home page (www.e3-clan.net/forums) and see the Navigation bar to the left hand side, i would like that navigation bar to appear in EVERY page on the website if possible, and i have no idea what template to edit (if any) or how to go about doing that, any help would be much appreciated.

Questions about styles need to be asked in the style modification thread or, in this case, on the website you got the style from.
