super mod problem
super moderator of my forum can access admin cp .. but when they changes any profile they can 't see the save button ? why ? i also checked from that supermod profile .. when i edit from supermod access in admincp there is no save button ?
can anybuddy help ? |

a smod should not be able to save admin stuff?

You are probably talking about the ModCP, not the AdminCP. There are only a few fields that can be changed from the ModCP.

so how to give access the super mod to change member profile and as assistant admin access how i give him ?

you can use admin as second usergroup and select limited permissions.

Super Mods can usually change sigs and avatars for users. There is a link next to those items that says Change Signature or similar. If you want to give them privs to change anything in the profile, you need to give them Admin CP access and then change their Admin Privs for Can Administer Users > Yes

i can access him as admin but when he open profile of any person in admincp .. there is no save button .... ?? and other thing in forum .. user group colour and rank automatically change .. ? what is it ? where from i check that ranks problem / how they automatically change from legend member to simple member ?

go into his profile in admincp, edit forum permissions (access masks) drop down the menu and select edit administrator permissions. mark the permissions you want to issue..
