Default Problem With vboptions Variables Not Working On Mails, PMs, Login Messages

Problem With vboptions Variables Not Working On Mails, PMs, Login Messages

Hello vBulletin Team, Moderators, Coders, and Webmasters.

I tried to find the solution for this Problem for like 1 hour but I didn't found a Thread that could Point me to the Right Direction on What to Look to be able to Search and Correct the Following Problem:

Today I Installed a Mod that made me Realize a Problem on my Board that started Since September 01 like between 8AM and 3PM; perhaps I did something that Triggered the Problem, but I haven't been able to Find the Solution.

The PMs that are being Sent when a New User Registers with the Activation Code, the Welcome Private Messages that are Sent, in General all the Private Messages and E-mails that Use "vboptions" such as "$vboptions[bburl]" and "$vboptions[bbtitle]", are Not Working and are Not Being Included in the Mails and PMs, so the URLs and Information that Depend on them are not being Created; also I noticed that when I Login the "Welcome Back, USERNAME" Message don't Display the USERNAME, so that part of the Message is Empty.

The Only Mod that I have Downloaded and Installed is "Colors For Usergroup In Forum Last Post", that was Installed in that Exact Period of Time, and I also noticed that No Install and Uninstall Info were Created on my Products List, and Only the Plugins were Copied under the vBulletin Title on the Plugins List, and I guess the DataBase Table Fields that Were Created by the Mod, were Created well, because the Mod Works Fine; I've disabled the Mod's Plugins but that didn't Solved the Problem.

I don't Remember doing something Else, but I'm Not 100% Sure (I don't have a Great Memory).

I Appreciate Your Help to Point me into What I Should Check, What Kind of Plugins, vBulletin Options, vBulletin Maintenance Routines, vBulletin Files, and what you consider that can be Causing this Problem, so that I Can Proceed as You Instruct me and Hopefully Solve this Problem.

Thank You Very Much In Advance and I Also Hope this Thread can Help Webmasters to solve similar Problems like this one on their vBulletin Boards.

My Best Regards.

I Quote this Post I made on the "Colors For Usergroup In Forum Last Post" Mod's Thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=218773), because that is the Mod that Caused this Problem, not only on my Board but also on Stangger5's Board too.

I Appreciate Your Help. What Can I do??

My Best Regards.

I've Logged in my Account at Stangger5's Board and I Requested the Username and Password Reset Mail, and I Got this Mail with the Missing Info.

Stangger if You Notice Your Latest New Registrants Aren't Able to Activate their Accounts, and thet Can't because they don't have the Activation Link on their Activation Mail, and also they won't be able to Perform any Actions like this Until this Problem can be Solved.

Perhaps there are other Users that have Installed this Mod and haven't Noticed Yet that the Username is missing on the Login Message (I noticed since Yesterday but thought that was caused by other Mod) and also haven't noticed that their New Users haven't been able to Activate their accounts, (I noticed since Yesterday and ALL New Accounts weren't Activated, and Only Today when I Installed another Mod that Checks for E-mail to be Valid before Completing Registration Process I Realized this Problem, and I Installed that Mod because I Got Upset for People Creating Accounts and Not Activating them, and Now I'm Surprised that This Mod is Causing that HUGE and ENORMEOUS PROBLEM).

I Installed this Mod Only because it Said that it is Safe on vB373, so I Appreciate the Author and Moderators to Provide us a Solution to Solve this Problem.

I've been Forced to Deny New Registrations on my Board because New Registrants Won't be Able to Activate their Accounts, so I Appreciate Your Help ASAP.

My Best Regards, I'm sad that this is happening because I Liked this Mod, but right now I'd Appreciate the Solution to this REALLY BIG PROBLEM.

If you still have problem after disabling mod it means that mod is not causing this. Mod does nothing when it is disabled. The issue is somewhere else. Also if you want support for this mod - write on mod thread I'm there almost every day. I'm not looking for questions about my mod anywhere else - there is the place

I Quote this Post I Just Made on the Mod's Thread; I'm Asking For Help From Moderators, Coders, Webmasters and Gurues, on How To Solve this Situation; Perhaps someone Experienced it and Solved it, and can Share the Solution With Us, and of course that Solution will Help Other Users that by This Mod and Perhaps Other One(s) Could Experience this same Anomally.

My Best Regards and I Appreciate Your Help and Patience.

I'm 100% Sure that Was This Mod, and It BROKE my Test Forum Too where I Installed it First with the Exact same Problem that Later Happened on my Real Forum, because I only Installed this mod a little after 3:09PM, and

Take a Look:

(pmtextid 9814) - Bienvenido a MY FORUM NAME - from administracion - 01-Sep-2009 12:29 PM

(pmtextid 9819) - Bienvenido a - from administracion - 01-Sep-2009 03:52 PM
(Missing FORUM NAME on PM)

I downloaded the Mod at 3:09PM and Immediatelly Installed on my Test Board, when I saw the ForumHome Result I Installed on my Real Board, but the Consequences that I Described that were Caused by THIS MOD I noticed only when I Tested the Registration Process on a Mod that I'm Testing since Yesterday, (but the Problem on Displaying the Username on the Welcome Back Login Message I noticed since September 02 but I thought that was other Mod and since Stangger5's Post I KNOW that was caused by THIS MOD).

I don't want to Condemn the Author, I Just Want a Solution to the Problem that THIS MOD caused on My Board, Stangger5's Board, and perhaps in the Future other Users will Report this same Problems on their Boards.

A vBulletin Problem Triggered by something on the Installation Process? Perhaps a Problem on the Installation Process under Unknow Circumstances? Something on the Forum Table Alter? Something on the Filling of that Table? Something on the Work of the Plugins? I DON'T KNOW, I just know that this Mod Triggered Those Problems, and I Hope the vBulletin Moderators, Gurus, that Perhaps Experienced this Same Problem and Got it Solved could Point Us into the Solution.

By the Way, that's the Reason I Posted a Thread on the Community Forum, to ASK FOR HELP to Any Webmaster and Guru that Know How to Solve this HUGE PROBLEM.

My Best Regards and Hopes For a Solution.

What Should I Do? What Should I Check? Is There a Table on the DataBase that Controls those Variables? What Processes on the DataBase Control those Variables and the Use of them on the Routines could've been Damaged and How Can they be Repaired?
