This sounds crazy, but I have an idea for a forum where users can submit and/or download other users software/files. Kinda like vbulletin.org except for gaming. Does a hack exist for something like this integrated into vbulletin? Basically looking for a deal similar to the vbulletin.org "mods" section where you can rate and comment on the submited files.

Much appreciated for the help. You guys are awesome.

VB.org uses the built in attachment system. I mean of course it has customizations to the overall system to count installs and such, but the core is just threads with attachments and the threads get rated..

Thanks, I suppose there isn't a system built similar though for easier submissions and ratings?
