Giving a specific group moderator functions

I'd like one of my usergroups to have the ability to close/open threads but none of the other moderator functions. How can I do this?

create 2 usergroups, go to ACP>>>Usergroups>>>Usergroups Manager>>> First Usergroup....... set `its Moderating permissions + allow it to open and close threads go back to the Usergroup Manager set its moderating permissions and click NO on the open/close threads

I already have everyone as part of the registered users and a custom usergroup. I don't see anywhere within the custom usergroup to just open/close threads.

I only see a section for Administrator permissions, not moderator permissions.
