What Mod is the one that that you can change the forum username to cool fonts, and custom made fonts.

For example this staff's username font

That looks like he's used a plug-in to replace his username with an image..

Try this:
Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Add New Plugin

Product: vBulletin
Hook Location: fetch_musername
Title: Username
PHP Code:

$user['musername'] = '<img src="path/to/image" />';
} 


This is untested.

If you give me your UserID I'll try and create it specifically for your forum.

I don't see any mod there at all.The member in question is in a special usergroup and you can set the username markup/colours/fonts /styles in the vB ACP > Usergroups.

It could be usergroup-based, it could be a plug-in. Both methods work pretty much the same. The username of Sin666 is an image, which looks like he's just replaced his mark-up name with an image (thus masquerading the text but leaving every other function intact).
