I would like to put a bunch of helpful tips above my board and would like to have them show one after the other (to endlessly rotate through them all) rather than have them all show at once. Is there a way to do that?

Does this mean the answer is "no" (or is my question not clear)?

I'm disappointed because notices on SMF boards rotate, and, though there are other great things that vBulletin has, I sure miss being able to do that.
