Bot?

Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there is like a bot that I can set-up really easily that simply responds in a thread just once when it is posted. I have a section for my site called Introduce Yourself and pretty much new users come in and just say hi to the everyone else. I want to have a simple bot that replies and welcomes the new user in his/her thread just once like 2 minutes after he/she made the thread.
