Is there a was to make the [code] a fixed length and same as signature here is a ss

In your admin cp, go to Styles & Templates, and from the dropdown for the style you are using, choose StyleVars. Find the property called "Code Block Width" and change it to what you want.

Go there and just revert that block or set it to 640px which is the default one

more than 640px will make it bigger.
less than 640px will make it smaller.
