Add more threads to Similar Threads
Currently, Similar Threads only shows 4 threads ... How do I make it show 5 or 6 or 7 threads ?

Default is actually 5. When you create a thread, it looks for the 5 top matching threads based on settings in vboptions > message searching options. It then only shows the users the threads in forums they are allowed to see. The number 5 is hard-coded in the code. If you change it, you would have to actually do an Update Counters and Rebuild all the Similar Threads.
