Using emails to answer Forum PMs

I have seen it possible on many forums and been looking for this mod for a while
after using the search option i havent found anything i can use,

Im using vb 3.8 and im really intrested in starting to use a modification to answer private mesages using email

If anyone had seen such a mod and could help me out with a link that would be very helpful
