What happened to my Admin CP

I uploaded files for a hack and now my admn CP is messed up. The author of the hack says it wasnt from his hack so i cant get support there. What has happened and how can I restore my Admin CP

Problem solved..downloaded vbulletin again and copied the cpstyle folder and added it to my server.......
