I have seen long time when i was visiting another forum , that member which have visited my profile i knew how many times they visited it. Now i just know that i have a visit from a user.

Is there a way to do it ? Iam using 3.7.3

You want to know how many times an individual user has visited your profile? I've never seen a mod for that (but I've never looked). Did you try a search on "profile*" or "visit*" or "count*" in "all mods" "titles only"?
