Take a look at the page source for the page you posted an image of to find out how they did it.

Google shows a ton of different ways to make rounded corners in a table/div. It's a matter of picking which method you want to use.

You may need to go google this since the code, php and html templates are done with divs, not tables (like the quote template). You would turn them into tables, I suppose, but I'm not sure how that would look.
