Assigning nofollow to one specific thread?

Is it possible (or is there a plugin or setting) to allow you to set text links in a specific thread (not an entire forum or sub-forum) to rel=nofollow - hence any links posted in the specific thread will have the rel=nofollow attribute assigned?
