Making entire forum tables linkable?

I'm wondering how you make the entire forum areas linkable on the forumhome? For example, if you look at the forumhome here on vbulletin.org where it lists "News & Announcements", "Vbulletin Pre-Sales Questions" and etc, instead of just having the forum name linkable... is there a way to make the entire table that it's in linkable?
