BB Code Enhancements - Smug Mug Video

I am not a developer by any stretch of the imagination. I have a smugmug site that I needed to post videos from. So from reverse engineering other BB Codes I came up with a BB Code for SmugMug video

Title:Smug Video

BBCode Tag Name: smug

Replacement:

<object width="425" height="318">
 <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" />
 <param name="movie" value="http://cdn.smugmug.com/ria/ShizVidz-2008120101.swf" />
 <param name="flashVars" value="{param}" />
 <embed src="http://cdn.smugmug.com/ria/ShizVidz-2008120101.swf" flashVars="{param}" width="425" height="318" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true">
 </embed>
</object>

Example: [smug]s=ZT0xJmk9NjA1NTgzMTU5Jms9TVZhc1QmYT03NTU0MzY5X3dn ZDRvJnU9Sm9leVdhc2hidXJu[/smug]

Description: Enter your flash param. It will look something like this
s=ZT0xJmk9NTY4NTExMjM4Jms9VG5xWmEmYT03NTU0MzY5X3dn ZDRvJnU9Sm9leVdhc2hidXJu

Option: No

I've followed the instructions on this one but every vid that appears is the one in the demo code.

Any ideas what changes I need to make so it picks up the new link code on each vid? I'm using 3.86.
