Must read to continue

I have looked through all of the 3.8 mods and cant seem to find a mod that makes the members read something and clicking that they have read it before they can continue, anyone seen a mod that does this??

Sorry if I missed it. I have searched and gone through all 25 pages of mods and found nothing

I have seen one where you must read a thread before posting. You can try a search on "thread*" in "all mods" "titles only" and I'm sure it should pop up.
