Linking to user titles
I have a complicated list of user titles and I want to link them to a good explanation on my edited FAQ pages.
How do I link the user title such as "New Member" to a relevant FAQ page

Make all usertitles Admin Set and use HTML?
<a href="faq.php?#faq_new_member">New Member</a> Something along them lines

I was doing that and it was not working
then I figured out that I forgot to update the user titles and ranks in maintenance
