Where can I find the value to adjust the height of a panel in the forumhome, specifically the one pictured:

Try the Forumhome template though It could be a value you input in the styles main css. Try looking at the .tcat and adjust the height to your preference. |

I found out the problem was the new version of vbSEO had a new feature to add tags to H1,H2,H3 and H4 headers. I had that feature enabled which caused that super thick line to show up.
