Post to a thread via TXT or Twitter?

Is there a way to post to a certain thread by TXTing or through twitter, similar to an RSS feed? On my board, I'm sure it'd be sort of a novelty, but one that my members would actually use.

All I've seen in my searches are mods that post threads or posts to Twitter, not vice versa.
