just found out- google lunched Friend connect including many featured

any one made any pluging/addins to make it work with vb

I'm trying to figure out where to put the code to get the toolbar to work in vbulletin. What file - I tried adding it to the header but didn't work, it's just showing a blank blue bar at the top. Any suggestions?
