but i like to know before i buy this system
cuz every where i look i only see skin for the forum but not
for the site or is system is portal? or what ever you call it

It doesn't look like it's vBulletin, though it could be. If it is, it has undergone extensive skin and template editing.

lol so that means in this case Google is your friend.

But can tell you there are a few style sites that do themes/styles for that board software just like vBulletin.

I assume you are talking about what hosting plan you should choose, in which case vBulletin.com has an area for discussing servers and hosting.

No matter what type of vBulletin license you get (Owned or Leased) does not limit or prevent the amount of e-mails you can send.
