How are you able to make banned users have a strike display through the name?

Usergroup Manager > username html markup You can google the css for doing a strikethrough (or do a search here because it's been posted before).

In the HTML markup, just add

doesnt have strike, but i understand the html markup there is just 2 boxes...

Yes, and the first box you put

Just like regular html code and as if there was something in between those boxes
