how to change the color of the banner to red

in this we can select the logo part and banner part olt only i want all to be in red

You will need some sort of image/graphics editor in order to change the banner color. Perhaps if you tell us what application you are using, someone can tell you how to change the banner color.

Have you looked at the Main CSS page for your style and changed the background color there?
