Database error when updting to 3.8.3

I have problems updating vbulletin from 3.7.4 to 3.8.3. In the last step (the fifth) I receive the following message:

Umm weird, SQL issue it looks like.

Dont know for sure to be honest cause i havent upgrade when i got 3.8.3 i just started over.
Make sure all the information is correct in the config.php

config.php seems to be correctly configured. Any ideas?
