Error: Register - Forum Rules box

SORRY FOR STRECHING FORUM, ITS TO SHOW THE ERROR CLEARLY!!!

As you can see in this error, the box has streched really far over the sides..
How do I fix this? I want it roughly the size of the "post box" on vb.org (where you type your stuff in)

Can anyone help me fix? Then my site is done and i can open
