I was wondering why new registrations were all coming in with todays date????

see

the code looks ok it shows <legend>Please Enter Your Date of Birth</legend>

Just not appearing

Try replacing <legend> with <fieldset>

Does it show if you just enter the plain text "Please Enter Your Date of Birth"?
