URL filter mod

I'm looking for a way (mod) to find and hide special Strings (URLs) in my posts.

The following features would be cool.

• Find urls in posts
• Allow only certain usergroups to see the them
• Hide them for all others
• Regular expressions would be nice to hide only special urls
• Allow moderators to validate hidden urls (make them visible for all)

Is there any way to do this?
