Database error

My site since yesterday is down because of a database error!
The db error is this:

in phpmyadmin my database trelad_forum does not exist!!!! :S
there is only one database called information_schema!!!
why is this happening?

You can run repairs from the ACP.

Maintenance > Repair / Optimize Tables

Tick the Post table and choose the repair option. You may need to do it more than once.
