How to get WYSIWYG in editing?

Howcome when I edit posts, it's all BBCOde. I want the WYSIWYG (or what they have in wordpress). BBCode is annoying because I am code-illterate

Highlight a word or character, press ctrl-b for bold, ctrl-i for italics. There ya go!
