I upgraded to the most recent version today. I was able to create a photo album but how to others view it as well? I went through admin CP and the user's manual and there seems to be essentially no information about user albums, how to get to them, who can view them, where you can view them. I expected a link on the navbar to view all albums, but there is nothing? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I do not believe 3.8.x has a View All Albums feature. It's quite odd really. Anyway - there's a modification on vB.org that shows all albums --> https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=172215
