Font colour in signature options not working?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help with this

when users go to change their signature the drop down box for font colours shows like this:



with no choices other than the default black - rather than:



which are the colour choices we have everywhere else

any ideas on how to fix this so that members can change their signature font colours?
